With the return of the newest season of Outer Banks, fans are overjoyed to dive deep into the adventure of the Pogues.
The first episode saw the Pogues -John B, KK, Kie, Cleo, Pope, and Sarah- being stranded on a desert island. A helicopter spots them and takes them to the nearby island of Barbados.
A misunderstanding with the pilot leads them to crash land into the bay. Kiara is taken prisoner by Carlos Singh while others plan her escape.
In the next episode, JJ tries to contact Sing, but this backfires, and the boss tracks them down. While he and his goons are distracted to track the teens, Rafe and Kie escape.
Once the gang is all reunited, John hears church bells ringing in the distance. He recalls the sounds that his father used to call him toward the church. Soon, Singh's goons shoot at the boat, and the group is forced to leave without John.

Outer Banks Season 3 Has Multiple Reunions
Episode 3 saw John entering the church and reuniting with his dad, who he thought had passed away. As the plot goes on, the father and son try to retrieve the diary and in the process, Big John kills the smugglers.
The father and son head to Charleston to find the idol. In Episode 6, Big John has Tanny's diary and the artifact, Gnomon of Solana.
At the end of the episode, Singh takes Big John while his son managed to escape.
Next, John and JJ head to Sowell's house in search of clues. They found Neville living on a houseboat. The crime boss's men attack him, but the duo helps him escape.
Neville then gives him the plan to track his father but refuses to get involved.
John and JJ have no money or passports but are determined to travel to South America to save Big John. In the last episode, John and Sarah find and free his dad while on their travels.

Using Denmark's diary, Big John translates the Gnomon. The crime boss demands the clues, but he refuses to tell leading to a shootout.
Big John is shot. Now John and Sarah head towards a cave, following the clues.
They use the second clue to locate El Dorado through a secret doorway. As the duo was collecting big chunks of gold, Mr. Singh intervenes.
Big John immediately throws dynamite and the cave blows up, killing Singh.
Ward tries to steal the gold from Sarah, but she refuses. Ward sacrifices his life to protect his daughter and kills Ryan. John's dad bleeds out. Big John and Ward are buried in the jungle.
